1. WHY CAN’T I EDIT TIME FROM THE APPROVAL EMAIL?
The approval notification email is for approving hours only. To edit time punches, you’ll need to log in directly to the customer portal.

2. CAN I EDIT TIME PUNCHES?
You can edit or add time punches directly through the portal.

3. HOW DOES OUR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (AP) DEPARTMENT VERIFY THE HOURS ON THE INVOICE?
We can provide your AP contact with access to the portal, allowing them to view the submitted hours directly for verification.

4. WHY DOES MY PORTAL LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE IN THE QUICK GUIDE?
The portal layout may vary based on your organization’s time and attendance configuration. While the Timesheet layout might look different, the core functionality remains the same. You can still use the pencil icon to edit time records and the thumbs-up icon to submit or approve hours.
